    Thad Whitfield returns to Miller & Martin’s Corporate Department after serving for 15 years as Vice President and General Counsel of a consumer healthcare company. As General Counsel, Mr. Whitfield managed all aspects of the company’s legal and regulatory functions, including SEC reporting, product acquisitions and divestitures, FDA compliance matters and FTC advertising issues. Previously, Mr. Whitfield practiced for 12 years in the firm’s Corporate Department with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and general business matters.
