    As the Chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, Paul brings more than 30 years of experience to problem solving for his clients. His practice focuses on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, commercial litigation and collection. Paul has extensive experience handling workouts, bankruptcy matters, lawsuits, receiverships, foreclosures, dispossessory actions, avoidance litigation, Article 9 enforcements, and post-judgment collection. He represents national, regional, and local lenders, landlords, receivers, trustees, guardians, manufacturers, service providers, and others. He has appeared in federal and state courts throughout Georgia, and has also appeared in courts in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida. Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Paul was in-house counsel with the special assets division of a national mortgage lender and consumer finance company. Having extensive experience with both transactions and enforcements actions, he is able to provide clients with a unique perspective on how to achieve their goals. Whether he is representing a fortune 100 company, or an individual, Paul prides himself on his practical, results oriented approach.
