    Jessica is a litigation associate concentrating her practice in labor & employment law and business litigation. In addition to her experience advising and representing employers in employment law matters, she formerly practiced as a plaintiff's lawyer representing employees in actions brought against employers. Her diverse experience provides additional perspective in representing and advocating for clients on either side of Labor & Employment matters. Jessica has litigated claims and advised clients regarding the Family and Medial Leave Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Families First Coronavirus Response Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, False Claims Act and State Contract Law. She has experience handling claims following EEOC, EEO and OSHA processes.
