Elizabeth enjoys cooking and is always up for trying new recipes.
Elizabeth Marquardt is a litigator who represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Her civil practice is focused on business litigation, and she frequently represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, negligence, fraud, bad faith, indemnification, and business torts. Elizabeth also specializes in insurance coverage litigation, representing insureds and insurers in first-party claims.
Before joining Miller & Martin, she practiced at an insurance coverage boutique firm in Atlanta.
Elizabeth serves as Co-Chair of Miller & Martin’s Women’s Network and as Vice Chair of the firm’s Hiring Committee.
