Miller & Martin PLLC Recognized for Excellence in Client Service

The regional corporate law firm of Miller & Martin PLLC has been selected as a BTI Client Service A-Team for 2013. The BTI list, conducted by BTI Consulting Group, is composed of the nation's largest law firms highlighting client recognition for superior service. Results are based upon client evaluations using seventeen (17) criteria of superior client relationships. This year's evaluation relies on more than 240 independent interviews conducted between March and September 2012, with in-house corporate counsel to determine how 332 law firms perform.

Miller & Martin previously has been named in a BTI Client Service survey. In 2011, Shelby Grubbs and Jimmy Daniel, both members of Miller & Martin, were named BTI Client Service All-Stars. The recognition is given to lawyers who deliver superior services to clients at Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations. Attorneys named to the 2011 BTI Client Service All-Star Team were identified by their understanding of business issues, client focus and commitment to client needs.
