WRCB Interview with Attorney John Bode Addresses Mandatory Workplace COVID-19 Vaccination Policies

In an interview with WRCBtv.com, Labor & Employment attorney John Bode discussed possible exemptions employers must consider if they choose to make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory for their employees.  By law, employers must try to make accommodations for employees who qualify for exemptions under the Americans with Disabilities Act or Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 

While it may be months before the coronavirus vaccine is available to the general public, Mr. Bode recommends employers talk to their attorney and determine whether or not they want to adopt a mandatory policy.
