"For employers anxiously awaiting the final version of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) regulations for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the wait is over — and the news isn’t great. Those of you who have been relying on the 'proposed' version of the new regulations, which was issued back in September 2009, will need to throw it in the trash and unlearn almost all the 'new developments' it contained.
