Bill Trumpeter concentrates his practice on traditional labor law, equal employment opportunity litigation, and FLSA matters before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. He represents national, regional, and local clients in union avoidance, negotiations, arbitrations, and mediation. He has successfully represented a national restaurant chain in a class-type FLSA case which was a case of first impression in the Circuits.
