Evan Allison concentrates his area of practice in commercial real estate. Mr. Allison works with a team of real estate attorneys on multi-million dollar projects throughout the United States by drafting and negotiating real estate sales contracts, leases, organizational documents, loan documents, and the preparation of numerous other documents. Mr. Allison also assists with the real estate side of mergers and acquisitions.
