Chris Crevasse focuses his practice on employee benefits, executive compensation, and employment law.  He assists his clients with the design, drafting, and updating of retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation arrangements; with ERISA and federal tax compliance; with benefit plan administration, investments, and audits; and with resolving retirement plan qualification failures through the IRS correction program.  He also counsels clients with respect to COBRA, HIPAA, and healthcare reform issues, and provides advice regarding benefit plan issues in corporate transactions, plan terminations, and plan mergers.  His clients include individuals, partnerships, closely held companies, public companies, governmental entities, and nonprofits.
